All custom work is confirmed in advance, with clear agreements and a scheduled completion date established before any work begins. Artwork purchased directly will be shipped within a reasonable timeframe.

My products are made of glass or semi-precious stones. Glass is fragile and dangerous in itself. Though I rigorously test what I make to help avoid breakage, I cannot and will not be held responsible, nor can I offer refunds for items, or damages to yourself, other people, or your belongings as a result of how you handle the glass I send you. The materials I use in my products are either: semi-precious, delicate, or tarnishable. Some, but not all, need to be maintained and periodically cleaned. All sales are final.
